Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We take about 2-5 business days to create your product. Then standard shipping in the US takes about 7-10 business days.  Speed depends on product type and destination.  Most orders are received within 10 to 12 days of ordering.

During holidays or times of high demand, shipping may take longer.  Try to place holiday orders as early as possible.

International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.  Additionally, Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.  The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.   The customer is responsible for these fees.  Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order is on its way to you.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, and begin the checkout process.

My tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my package, can my order be reshipped?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered.
